"Below 2 C #29" is available now

November 18, President Dmitry Medvedev announced Russia agrees to commit to 25 percent GHG emissions cut from 1990 level by 2020. Yesterday, Yury Trutnev, Russian minister of natural resources and environment, commented on the UN Climate Summit opening in Copenhagen for the Novosti agency with the following statement: “It’s not really possible to determine the target [for GHG emissions cut] at the moment”.
